Class F coils are watertight/corrosive resistant, molded or filled polyester with 18” leads and ½” conduit connector.
Bodies are rated to 1000 psi and cast in CF8M 316 Stainless Steel. KX & KRX are complete 316SS for all wetted parts.
Bonnet assemblies are 316SS tubes welded to 319SS bonnet and 316SS tube plug.
Piston assemblies are 316SS with filled Teflon™ piston rings, 316SS expanders, and Teflon™ seat discs. Pilot seats are Teflon™ (-3T) or Ethylene Propylene (-3EP).
Seat screw seats are Teflon™ (-3T) or Ethylene Propylene (-3EP).
Pilot valves are 316SS jacket welded over carbon steel core.
1/8” – 1”: Globe style body with union bonnet.
1-1/4” – 2”: Globe style body with bolt-down bonnet.
